Refund Policy

Pre-payments are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made up to 48hrs in advance of the start date of the session. After 48hrs before the session no refund will be given for cancellation but you will be offered to rearrange the date of the session.

If a dog is not suitable for a session (e.g., dog is extremely stressed in the class environment), a full or partial refund can be given if there is no suitable alternative service.

If a dog is removed from a session due to the trainer deeming the situation to be unsafe and the owner refuses to take suitable safety measures (such as muzzling the dog), then the session will be terminated and no refund given.

​Refunds will be processed in a maximum of 7 working days.
